About Ntentify
Real signals were always
out there. Nobody had
built a system to surface it.

Ntentify was built by a team of industry professionals with backgrounds in direct response production and performance media buying — people who lived the consequences of messaging that didn't connect.

The Origin
We needed this tool.
It didn't exist.

The team behind Ntentify spent years working across direct response production and performance media — running campaigns for brands at scale, managing budgets across TV, CTV, YouTube, and paid social, and watching the same problem repeat itself over and over.

Creative was briefed on instinct. Strategy was built on assumptions. And by the time the data came back showing the message wasn't connecting, the media spend was already gone.

The tools that existed told you what was performing. None of them told you why the message wasn't landing — or what it should say instead. So we built one.

"We kept seeing the same pattern — great media strategy, wrong message. The targeting was right. The placement was right. The ad just didn't say what the customer needed to hear."
Deep Signal
Analysis Per Run
Real customer language pulled from Amazon, YouTube, Google, and Trustpilot — not surveys, not panels, not assumptions.
4
Buying Journey Stages
Every signal mapped to Problem Awareness, Frustration, Solution Exploration, or Decision — revealing where the gap actually lives.
6
Linked Reports
From raw signal data to paste-ready ad angles and before/after messaging rewrites — delivered same day as a private URL.
The Problem We Solved
The industry had data.
It didn't have signal.

There was no shortage of tools telling you what was happening. What was missing was a system that could tell you what your customers were actually saying — and translate that into the messaging direction that makes ads work.

01
Briefing On Instinct
Creative briefs were built on what the brand thought customers wanted to hear — not what customers were actually saying. The result was messaging that felt right internally and underperformed externally.
02
Discovering Problems Too Late
By the time performance data revealed a messaging problem, weeks of media spend had already amplified the wrong message. There was no way to identify the gap before the campaign launched.
03
No Real-Time Signal Layer
Social listening tools tracked sentiment. SEO tools tracked keywords. Neither mapped customer language to buying journey stages or told you what your ads should actually say. The signal layer didn't exist.
The Methodology
Signal first.
Strategy follows.

We built a system that starts where customers start — with the real language they use before, during, and after a purchase decision. Every Ntentify run pulls from four public signal sources and maps every signal to a buying journey stage before any strategy is written.

01
Signal Collection
We pull Amazon reviews, YouTube comments, Google search queries, and Trustpilot data — 200+ real signals from people already in your buying category.
02
Intent Mapping
Every signal is classified against four buying journey stages — revealing exactly where customers are in their thinking and what's driving their behavior at each stage.
03
Gap Analysis
We map what the brand's marketing is saying against what customers need to hear at each stage — identifying the exact disconnects that suppress conversion.
04
Strategy Output
Six linked reports deliver paste-ready ad angles, before/after messaging rewrites, and a strategic verdict — everything a creative team needs to brief from immediately.
Live Signal — Decision Stage Real customer language
Problem Awareness
"I didn't even realize this was something I could fix"
Frustration
"I've tried three others — I need actual proof this one works"
Solution Exploration
"Brand A vs Brand B — which actually works in real conditions?"
Decision
"What if it stops working after 31 days and the return window is closed?"
How We Work
Four principles behind
every Ntentify run.
Principle 01
Signal Over Assumption
Every strategic recommendation in an Ntentify report is grounded in real customer language — not internal hypotheses, brand positioning documents, or what the client thinks customers want to hear.
Principle 02
Stage Matters
The same customer says completely different things at different points in their buying journey. Most brands speak to one stage. We map all four — because the message that works at Decision fails at Problem Awareness.
Principle 03
Speed Is Strategy
A signal intelligence report that takes two weeks to produce is worthless to a media buyer briefing creative tomorrow. Same day delivery isn't a feature — it's the whole point.
Principle 04
Briefs, Not Dashboards
We don't build platforms you log into to monitor metrics. We build deliverables you brief from. The output is a document, not a subscription — because your creative team needs direction, not more data to interpret.
The Company
Built by practitioners.
For practitioners.
