Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Ntentify will issue refunds for purchased intelligence engagement services.

Our engagements involve significant analytical work, data processing, and human review time. Because of this, our general policy is no refunds once an engagement has been delivered. We stand behind the quality of our work and will always work with you to address any concerns.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Your engagement has been delivered to the email address you provided
  • You have accessed your private report URL
  • You disagree with the strategic conclusions in the engagement — our analysis is based on real signal data and methodology, not guaranteed outcomes
  • You provided incorrect brand information at the time of order and an engagement was produced based on that information
  • You change your mind after payment is confirmed but before delivery
When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to deliver your engagement within the stated delivery timeframe (7 days for Tier 1, 10 days for Tier 2)
  • We are unable to produce an engagement for your brand due to insufficient publicly available signal data
  • A technical error on our end results in a materially incomplete or undeliverable engagement
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same order
Our Quality Commitment

If you receive your engagement and believe the quality does not meet expectations, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and at our discretion may offer:

Report Review
We will review your report and address any specific sections you believe are inaccurate or incomplete.
Supplemental Analysis
In some cases we may run additional signal analysis to supplement your original report at no extra charge.
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your name and email address used at submission
  • Your order date and brand name
  • The reason for your refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Multi-Brand Engagements

For Tier 3 portfolio engagements covering multiple brands — refunds are evaluated on a per-brand basis once analysis has begun. If we have completed analysis for one or more brands, partial refunds may be issued for brands not yet analyzed.
