This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Ntentify will issue refunds for purchased intelligence report services.
Our reports involve significant analytical work, data processing, and human review time. Because of this, our general policy is no refunds once a report has been delivered. We stand behind the quality of our work and will always work with you to address any concerns.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order date. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
For Agency Pack orders covering 3 brands โ refunds are evaluated on a per-brand basis once analysis has begun. If we have completed analysis for one or more brands, partial refunds may be issued for brands not yet analyzed.
