These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ntentify.com and the purchase of intelligence report services provided by Ntentify, LLC ("Ntentify," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Ntentify provides customer intelligence reports for direct response brands. Our service analyzes publicly available data — including Amazon reviews, YouTube comments, Google search queries, and Trustpilot reviews — and produces a set of linked HTML reports delivered via a private URL.

Each report package includes up to six linked reports: Ad Angle Report, Message Gap Report, Customer Signals Report, Full Strategy Report, Executive Summary Dashboard, and Client Portal.

Orders are placed through our website and payment is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting an order you agree to pay the stated price for the selected plan:

• Single Report — $1,000 USD — one brand, full report package
• Agency Pack — $2,500 USD — three brands, full report package per brand

Payment is due at the time of order. We will not begin analysis until payment is confirmed. All prices are in US dollars.

We aim to deliver all reports on the same day payment is confirmed. Delivery means you will receive an email containing a private URL to your complete intelligence package hosted on our secure servers.

Same day delivery is our standard commitment. In exceptional circumstances — such as high order volume, technical issues, or incomplete information provided at the time of order — delivery may extend to the following business day. We will communicate any delays promptly.

To run your analysis, you must provide at minimum:

• Your brand name
• Your brand's website URL
• Your email address for report delivery

Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of your report. We are not responsible for reports produced based on incorrect information provided by the client.

If we are unable to deliver your report within a reasonable timeframe due to circumstances on our end, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of your order date.

Upon delivery and full payment, you own the report content delivered to you. You may use it internally, share it with your team, or use it to brief creative and media teams.

You may not resell, republish, or represent Ntentify reports as your own proprietary research product without written permission. Agencies wishing to white-label our reports should contact us to discuss a white-label agreement.

Ntentify retains ownership of its methodology, systems, software, and analytical framework. Delivery of a report does not transfer ownership of our underlying technology or process.

All signal data used in our reports is sourced from publicly available platforms. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our analysis, but we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes as a result of using our reports.

Our reports reflect conditions at the time of analysis. Market conditions, customer sentiment, and competitive landscapes change over time. Reports are accurate as of their generation date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ntentify, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our reports or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question.

Our reports are strategic intelligence tools. Results from implementing our recommendations depend on factors outside our control including creative execution, media placement, market conditions, and brand reputation.

You agree not to use our services to analyze brands you do not have authorization to represent, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service to any party at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
